<p>The bag (4) has a retaining plate (9) with a contact surface, and a locking cap (11) opened in an interior of the bag. A flow collar (17) is formed on the retaining plate, and extends into an inner side of the retaining plate and to the locking cap. The flow collar exhibits a vertical height, which corresponds to a vertical opening height of the locking cap during the opening of the locking cap from 5 degree to 60 degree. A carrier element is connected with the retaining plate. The carrier element is fastened within a region of a bag fixing plane at the retaining plate.</p> |
