PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cogged belt for preserving a mold in a state that it is covered with a matrix by accurately appearing a cogged part, further reducing a working manhour in manufacturing the belt, and increasing the number of using times of the matrix, and the mold used therefor. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a cogged belt comprises the steps of engaging a cylindrical inner matrix 30a covered with a toothed canvas on surfaces of a protrusion part 32 and recess part 31 alternately having the parts 32, 31 at a predetermined interval along a circumferential direction in a cylindrical mold 1 nitrided on the surface, manufacturing a molding 15 for constituting a compressed rubber layer, core wire and extended rubber layer on the matrix 30a, and then vulcanizing it. |
