METHOD FOR PRODUCING CELLULOSE FOR CHEMICAL PROCESSING

摘要

A method for producing cellulose for chemical processing includes boiling hardwood saw dust with solution of bisulphite followed by bleaching and refinement at given modes. Boiling of poplar wood is carried out at final temperature of 145- with boiling solution based on magnesium with concentration of total SO8-9 %, bound SO0.7-0.8 %, and with duration at final temperature of 15-45 min., with following bleaching and hot refinement of cellulose produced at temperature of and with alkali consumption 8 % of absolutely dry fiber.
