PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal instruction support device capable of estimating fitness capability from a model based on a behavior change model, and achieving the appropriate content of meal instructions in accordance with the capability.SOLUTION: A behavior change estimation part 50 estimates the behavior change phase of an object person on the basis of information to be exchanged by the object person and an instructor. Knowledge to be used for information provision instructions is stored in a knowledge DB 100. A total instruction amount calculation part 90 calculates a total instruction amount by the instructor to the object person. An information provision instruction amount determination part 60b determines an information provision instruction amount on the basis of the estimation result of the behavior change phase. A communication instruction amount determination part 60c determines a communication instruction amount on the basis of the estimation result of the behavior change phase. An information provision instruction quality determination part 60a determines information provision instruction quality on the basis of the total instruction amount. An instruction policy determination part 60 extracts corresponding knowledge from the knowledge DB 100 on the basis of the determination result of the information provision instruction amount and quality, and presents the knowledge to the instructor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
