The present invention relates to a modular construction system that comprises a module of receiving columns, a mezzanine module, a floor module, and a façade module. The module of receiving columns comprises a vertical support and a cantilever beam, the construction system being disposed on a surface by means of the vertical support. The mezzanine module comprises an inner rib and perimeter beams. The inner rib is formed from parallel structural profiles articulated perpendicularly with other parallel structural profiles between the webs. The perimeter beams are joined to the end of the structural profiles of the inner rib. The mezzanine module is articulated to the module of receiving columns by articulating the perimeter beams with the cantilever beams, the mezzanine module being perpendicular to the vertical support. The floor module is disposed on the mezzanine module. The façade module comprises a structural frame formed by structural profiles, perimeter supports secured to the structural frame, a façade, and a supporting base that is secured to the perimeter beam. The perimeter supports are articulated with the supporting base in order to articulate the façade module to the mezzanine module. The articulations are made by means of securing elements that extend through perforations in the components to be articulated. |
