PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating container having higher impact resistance. SOLUTION: A heat insulating container 1 houses an inner container in an outer container 3 with a clearance part 4 between them and is provided with a double wall container 25 obtained by integrally molding these containers. The container 2 and the container 3 are made of transparent materials, and a buffering material 9 is installed between the container 2 and the container 3. The material 9 is formed so as to make at least a part of the inner bottom surface 2g of the container 2 visible from the outside through the container 2 and the container 3.
