PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting discharge system conforming to a plurality of safety standards with its restrained installation area. SOLUTION: A discharge gap 4 is disposed on a surface A side of a printed board 1 by copper patterns 2, 3. A discharge gap 7 is disposed on a surface B side of the printed board 1 by copper patterns 5, 6. A slit 8 for preventing carbonization of the printed board 1 is arranged between the discharge gaps 4 and 7. A terminal 9 connected to a commercial AC line and the copper pattern 2 and a copper pattern 10 are connected by a thorough hole 11. A terminal 12 connected to an antenna and the copper pattern 3 and a copper pattern 13 are connected by a through hole 14. A gap 15 is disposed between the copper pattern 5 and a copper pattern 11, and a gap 16 is disposed between the copper pattern 6 and a copper pattern 13. A non-through hole 18 is disposed at the copper patterns 2, 5, a non-through hole 19 is disposed at the copper pattern 2, 10.
