Disclosed are a multiple camera control device and a multiple camera control method for maintaining a size and a position of an object in continuous service switching points. The multiple camera control method for controlling a main camera taking an image of an object of interest while the object moves and at least one auxiliary camera taking an image of the object of interest at a different view angle includes: a step of extracting the object of interest from the first image taken by the main camera; a step of controlling a photographing method of the main camera based on a position and a size of the object of interest extracted from the first image; a step of projecting the object of interest to the second image taken by the auxiliary camera; and a step of controlling a photographing method of the auxiliary camera based on a change of the position and the size of the object of interest projected to the second image.
