METHOD FOR PREPARING PHOSPHOR USING SHELL OF SCALLOP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a phosphor by using scallop shells which have been used in a low recycling rate. SOLUTION: The method for producing quite a new phosphor is to use scallop shells as a raw material of the phosphor by applying a new finding of physical property that luminescence is emitted by giving energy by UV irradiation or the like to baked shells from outside, owing to repeated assiduous studies on excellent functionalities which the scallop shells have.
