PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand movement mechanism properly moving a pointer with a hand, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A hand movement mechanism moves a small pointer 25 with a hand, has two coils, and includes: a stepping motor 65 capable of rotating a rotor in normal and reverse directions; a train wheel mechanism 55 comprising a plurality of gears containing one gear connected to the rotor of the stepping motor 65 and another gear connected to the small pointer 25; and a control unit controlling electrification to the two coils individually and controlling drive of the stepping motor 65. The control unit makes the number of coils electrified simultaneously different between the time of display hand movement where the small pointer 25 displays predetermined information and the time of non-display hand movement where the small pointer 25 does not display information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
