PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a bearing capable of rotatably supporting an output shaft, while properly pre-loading the same in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A spacer 51 having a female spline 54 to be engaged with a male spline 46, is mounted between the male spline 46 of an output shaft 45 and an upper bearing 31. Whereby the spacer 51 enables an upper end surface 54A of each tooth of the female spline 54 to contact with a lower end surface 46A of each tooth of the male spline 46, and a bearing contact surface 53 is contacted with an upper surface of an inner ring 31A of an upper bearing 31, so that the upper bearing 31 and the like can be positioned in a state that it is properly pre-loaded in the axial direction.
