PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by securing a large lifting stroke and a sufficient working space. SOLUTION: Middle points between upper and lower ends of two links 6, 7 of the same length are pivoted (by a pivot 9) to form symmetric links of X-shape which are laterally disposed. An upper end 6a of the link 6 is pivoted to a carrier base 4 turnably around a horizontal shaft orthogonal to the travel direction A, and a lower end 7b of the link 7 is pivoted to a base 2 turnably around the horizontal shaft. An upper end 7a of the link 7 is connected to the carrier base 2 slidably in a longitudinal direction, and a lower end 6b of the link 6 is connected to the base 2 slidaly in the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal middle parts of the inner links 7, 7 are connected to a connecting body 10. Lifting links 8, 8 are provided hanging from the connecting body 10, with rolling elements 11 mounted to the lower ends, and the rolling elements 11 are moved along a cam rail CR provided on a floor face FL on the lower side of the base 2, to lift the carrier base 4 according to the height of the cam rail CR.
