PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed restriction unit and a static pressure guiding device having high reliability. SOLUTION: This fixed restriction unit is provided with a head part block 11 and a main body block 12. The head part block 11 has a head part block plane 11B and a head part block through hole 11J opened on the head part block plane 11B. The main body block 12 has a main body block plane 12C, a channel 12G opened on the main body block plane 12C, and a main body block through hole 12J opened in a bottom part of the channel 12G. The head part block 11 and the main body block 12 are mutually joined by letting the head part block plane 11B and the main body block plane 12C oppose for each other, and a restriction flow passage is formed by the channel 12G and the head part block plane 11B.
