PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give high permeability to a base cloth itself and to enhance fitting property to a human body as a lumbago belt, a corset, a supporter or the like by forming many permeable holes in a mesh shape and arranging them in the base cloth on the female surface for a hook-and-loop fastener where countless loops are formed on the surface of the base cloth. SOLUTION: This female surface 1 is constituted of a base cloth 2 and countless loops 3 formed on the surface of the base cloth 2 and many permeable holes 4 are arranged in the base cloth 2 in a mesh shape. The permeable holes 4 are formed by opening punched holes through the use of a punch tool from the back of the base cloth 2 or inserting a sharp object to a texture or a stitch to enlarge desired meshes. When the base cloth 2 is knitted by tricot, an atlas knit is used as its texture, the hole are regularly formed by pulling-out one or several knitted threads so that they are functioned as the permeable holes 4. When the base cloth 2 is knitted by a piled textile, a mesh cloth is used as its texture.
