PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order management system capable of suitably managing the order of a customer in an area in which a plurality of restaurants are arranged side by side.SOLUTION: An order management system configured to manage orders in a food coat 100 in which a plurality of restaurants 121, 122 and 123 are arranged side by side includes: order terminals 2; store terminals 3; and a fare adjustment terminal 4 or the like. The order terminal 2 is configured to transmit order information to the store terminal 3 to place an order. The order information includes: order identification information, service destination information corresponding to the service destination of cuisine; and cuisine information indicative of ordered cuisine and its quantity, and identifiable by the restaurant which provides the cuisine. The fare adjustment terminal 4 is configured to record the sales of the cuisine that the restaurants 121, 122 and 123 provide for each restaurant 121, 122 and 123 by using the cuisine information of the order information acquired from the order terminals 2 in the fare adjustment of the orders.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
