PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make a telephone call from another terminal, which is different from a user terminal on which a telephone number is displayed on a screen, to the displayed telephone number.SOLUTION: An information processing device (user terminal) includes display processing means and transmission processing means. The display processing means displays a menu area for the selection of either a first calling request which, by the display of a first telephone number, causes a second telephone unit, corresponding to a second telephone number, to call the first telephone number corresponding to the first telephone unit when the displayed first telephone number is designated by the user, or a second calling request which calls the second telephone number corresponding to the second telephone unit from switching equipment and when there is an answer to the call, calls the first telephone number corresponding to the first telephone unit from the switching equipment. The transmission processing means transmits, the first telephone number and a user selection out of the first and second calling requests through a server device to the switching equipment, and transmits the identification information to the server device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
