PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote code reader system for providing a series of a plurality of contents based on a plurality of codes.

SOLUTION: Bar codes 11 are successively scanned (step S2000), and a content server 74 successively receives bar code information (step S2010). The content server 74 shifts an internal state to another state by using the received bar code information as the conditions of state transition, and generates content corresponding to the state after transition. The content server 74 transmits the corresponding content to a browser 82 each time the state is shifted. Thus, by giving relevance between contents corresponding to respective states, it is possible to provide a series of contents having a plurality of relevances to a user by successively scanning the bar code 11.
