<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition containing at least one kind of the dispersion of polymer particles in a liquid silicone solvent, in a solvent acceptable as a cosmetic. <P>SOLUTION: In this composition, the polymer is a copolymer comprising at least one kind of the first block soluble in the silicone solvent and at least one kind of the second block insoluble in the silicone solvent.
