PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ink from flowing directly or reversely (an ink exhausting phenomenon), even when an impact by falling or the like during carrying about a ball-point pen, is applied.
SOLUTION: This pressurizing-type ball-point pen has a ball-point pen tip fitted to the apex, a backward ink storage part packing the ink and an ink follower moving after the ink, installed at the rear end of the ink, and further, a pumping-type pressurizing mechanism located behind the ink storage part. In this ball-point pen, the ball-point pen tip is fixed to the apex of a forward barrel, and the forward end of a spring is brought into contact with the back of an apex ball so that the apex ball comes into contact with the inner edge of a ball embracing part at the apex of the tip, and thus, a spring pressure is applied. In addition, the rear end of the spring comes into contact with the forward end of a valve body, resulting in the blocking of an ink flow path into the interior of the tip. Consequently, the air is sent in by the pumping action of the pressurizing mechanism to pressurize the rear end of the follower, and during writing, the ink flow path blocked by the valve body properly opens under a specified pressurizing state, sending the ink flowing into the inner hole of the tip.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
