<p>Strap fixing members (14), by which a flexible strap is fixed to the opposite positions of both sides of a watch case, comprise case-side upper joint portions (15) having holes extending laterally with respect to the longitudinal axis of the strap, and case-side lower joint portions (16), the strap being provided with strap-side upper joint portions (21) having lateral holes and strap-side lower joint portions (22). Spring rods (28) and split pipes (29) are inserted into these holes. The strap-side upper joint portions are fixed to the case-side upper joint portions, and the strap-side lower joint portions to the case-side lower joint portions, whereby the watch case and strap are retained in a closely contacting state.</p> |
