摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having interchangeability with an ordinary differential device, by saving on a space, by reducing the number of part items of a fastening mechanism of a friction clutch. SOLUTION: This fastening mechanism 35 of the friction clutch has: two rotary members 7 and 29; a friction clutch 33; a pressing mechanism; and an electric motor 51. The pressing mechanism has: a first gear 53; a second gear 55; a third gear 41; a fourth gear 43; a first transmission system 50a; a second transmission system 50b; and a cam part arranged between the third and fourth gears 41 and 43. The cam part is composed of cam grooves 41a and 43a and a rolling member 45 engaging between both cam grooves 41a and 43a. A predetermined difference is set between the reduction gear ratio of the first transmission system 50a and the reduction gear ratio of the second transmission system 50b. The friction clutch 33 is pressed and fastened via the third gear 41 by thrust force of the cam part corresponding to a rotating speed difference generated between the third and fourth gears 41 and 43.
