The system (10) has a touch sensitive screen (11) that is transparent over a significant portion of its area. A set of projectors project images of vehicle controls on a back of the screen. The projectors are operatively connected to a computer controller to change display to mimic a result of a corresponding actual vehicle control being operated. The controller responds to a front of the screen being touched. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a vehicle including a control apparatus (b) a method of controlling a vehicle.
