PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize distortion of a signal in a load by providing a solid-state relay circuit device which makes a lower drive voltage available.SOLUTION: A first MOSFET (M1) and a second MOSFET (M2) are arrayed between source electrodes S1 and S2 and gate electrodes G1 and G2 and bypass capacitors 23 and 25 are included which have capacitance values for determining bypass routes of input signals (V(V, V)) from the source electrodes to the gate electrodes G1 and G2 within an operation frequency range of the input signals V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
