Disclosed is a visual inspection assisting equipment, comprising an operation handle (1) and an insertion portion (2) connected to each other. A switch (3) is provided on the operation handle (1). The surface of the insertion portion (2) has optical dot patterns (6) thereon. One end of the insertion portion (2) proximate to the operation handle (1) is provided with a light source (5) controlled by the switch (3) and a reflective cover (4) for reflecting a light ray of the sight source (5) into the insertion portion (2). The visual inspection assisting equipment can reduce the flare and shadow formed on the observed object, and therefore improve the accuracy of observation result of the visual inspection.
