PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and more accurately detect a bromine-based fire retardant contained in a resin part, using a simple method. SOLUTION: A small housing part is provided on the lower part of the sample container of an ion attachment mass spectrometer that houses an analyzing reference material and an analysis sample is placed on a small housing part to make the detection gas from the analysis standard substance into contact with the analysis sample, and then subjecting the analysis sample to mass analysis.
