<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out prior verification in a short time with high precision in a method and system for verifying the workabilities of sealer application work in advance. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for verifying the sealer application work, the working properties of the sealer application work in which the piling part of a work in a prescribed shape in which a plurality of plate-like members are piled up and bonded together is coated with a sealer are verified in advance of the practical sealer application work by using a computer having at least an operation part, an operating part, and a display part. The method includes a calculation process S6 in which the operation part calculates the plate clearance between the plate-like members and the size of a seal rack, a determination process S6 for determining whether the calculated plate clearance and the seal rack size pass or fail, an application state making process S8 for making a state in which the sealer is applied, and a verification result display process S9 in which an area determined to be a failure is colored to be color-distinguishable and displayed, and attention items concerning the work are displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
