PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discovering a communication partner terminal in D2D communication.SOLUTION: A user terminal comprises: a reception unit for receiving, from a base station, information on a radio resource to be used in transmitting a discovery signal for discovering another user terminal existing in the vicinity of the user terminal, information on transmission power to be used in transmitting the discovery signal, and information on a threshold to be compared with a reception level of a reference signal from a serving cell; a control unit for performing determination on transmission of the discovery signal, on the basis of the information on the threshold; and a transmission unit for transmitting the discovery signal on the basis of the information on the radio resource and the information on the transmission power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
