PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing apparatus which requires a small installation space and low costs and has improved usability and to provide a parcel delivery box for a detached house wherein parcels can be efficiently stored and the total costs can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The sealing apparatus 20 consists of a seal fixing case 22, to which a seal 23 is attached, and a swingable case 21 to be swingably attached to the case 22. The seal 23, which is configured to automatically feed a seal-ink to the case 21, is attached to the case 22, while a slip receiver 21X is provided in the case 21. If a delivery slip P1 is inserted into the receiver 21X and the case 21 is pushed, a seal is affixed onto the slip P1. Further, in the parcel delivery box for a detached house, the sealing apparatus 20 is provided on the inner wall surface of a single room formed from a cabinet, on the front side of which an opening is formed, and a single swing door board to be mounted to the opening.
