PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ancillary structure which requires no fireproof cladding on a column material facing an external wall even when built in a fire protection zone, and a unit building having a building unit connected to the same.SOLUTION: A small-sized ancillary structure 10 in a rectangular shape composed of four column materials, four lower beams which connect the lower ends of the column materials in the horizontal direction, and four upper beams which connect the upper ends of the column materials in the horizontal direction, is connected and fixed to components to constitute an elevation surface of a building unit so as to enlarge the internal space of the building unit. Each of the two column materials 11A is made of a channel steel or a C-shape steel having an approximate C-shaped cross section. Each of the other two column materials 11B is made of a square tube-shape steel having an approximate square cross section. Each of the upper beam 15 and the lower beam 13 is connected to a nut 11d in a through-hole 11c with a bolt 23. An opening 11e and a flat connection part 11f extending to the opening are provided at the end of the column material 11B. The lower beam 13 is connected to the connection part 11f with a bolt and nut through the opening 11e. |
