PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component box capable of efficiently cooling control devices even when it comprises the plurality of control devices having high heating degree, and generating electromagnetic noise, and suppressing radiation leakage of noise to the external. SOLUTION: In this electric component box 1 in which the control devices 5, 7 as noise generation sources are disposed in a space formed by a case section 2 and a cover body 3 through a prescribed distance, and which includes a plurality of pores 2b formed on at least one face of the case section, and a blower 4 disposed on a face different from the face provided with the pores 2b, of the case section 2, the cold air is forcibly taken from the pores 2b by operating the blower 4 to cool the control devices 5, 7, and false operation by heating amplification and mutual noise of the control devices 5, 7 can be suppressed by disposing the control devices 5, 7 as the noise generation sources through the prescribed distance.
