PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a solid high-resolution NMR spectrum by causing a rubber specimen to make magic angle rotation in a stretched state and to perform molecular structure analysis and motion property evaluation on the rubber specimen. SOLUTION: This rubber specimen tension tool is equipped with a tool body and an annular retaining ring. The tool body is equipped with a disk-shaped seating, a cylindrical support for rubber-specimen external fitting stood on the seating and having a diameter smaller than that of the seating, and a cylindrical support for a retailing ring provided so as to project from an upper end surface of the support for rubber-specimen external fitting and having a diameter smaller than that of the support for rubber-specimen external fitting. The retaining ring is externally fitted/fixed on the support for the retailing ring. A rotor is put on the support for rubber-specimen external fitting with the annular rubber specimen stretched and wound thereon. An inner surface of the rotor is fixed by pressure contact on the seating and outer surface of the retaining ring while being put into contact with the rubber specimen. By rotating the rotor at a high speed, the rubber specimen in a stretched state is rotated at a high speed in conjunction therewith. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
