PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery which is excellent in cycle characteristics by an aging treatment and has large capacity and high output.SOLUTION: There are provided: the lithium-ion secondary battery having a polymer electrolyte, wherein when an internal resistance of the battery after initial charge/discharge is (A) and an internal resistance of the battery after an aging treatment is (B), the value of (B)/(A) is <0.7; and a method for manufacturing the same. |
