INSPECTION CIRCUIT OF CURRENT-VOLTAGE CONVERSION AMPLIFIER, AND OPTICAL PICKUP DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the inspection circuit of a current-voltage conversion amplifier by which a current-voltage conversion amplifier is inspected without deteriorating AC circuit characteristics in the actual operation of the current-voltage conversion amplifier. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with an operational amplifier 102 in which a reference voltage source 105 is connected to a noninverting input terminal and a feedback resistor 103 connected between the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 102 and an output terminal 104, and inspects the current-voltage conversion amplifier 108 which performs voltage conversion of optical current generated by a photodiode 101 connected to the inverting input terminal of the operation amplifier 102. The circuit is provided with a test terminal 107 connected to the noninverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 102 and a bias resistor 106 inserted between the noninverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 102 and a reference voltage source 105.
