PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical instrument capable of easily achieving the alignment of optical axes in a movable lens group. SOLUTION: A fixed lens group 21 is held by a fixing frame 22, and a camera-shake correction lens group 16 is held by a pitching-movement frame 17. A yawing-movement frame 19 movable in an X direction is held by the fixing frame 22, and the pitching-movement frame 17 movable in a Y direction is held by the yawing-movement frame 19. In the optical instrument having such the constitution that the lens holding frame 22c is partly disposed inside the opening part 19e of the yawing-movement frame 19, the opening part 19e has the shape of an oblong hole.
