The invention relates to a supply device (20) for powering electrical appliances comprising a distribution support (21) with two main power supply wires powered by a dangerous electrical supply, a connector (30) comprising two electrical contacts for contact with said main power supply wires, characterized in that the support (21) comprises a safety wire powered by a non dangerous electrical supply, in that the connector (30) comprises an electrical contact for isolating the safety wire and ensuring the electrical continuity thereof, and in that it comprises a safety device (31) for detecting electrical discontinuity of the safety wire and for cutting off the power supply for the main power supply wires on detection of a discontinuity of the safety wire. |
