The training and massage unit for the feet, developing especially the foot and toe musculature and massaging the reflexing zones has a horizontal treading surface (10) and a support handle (12) for the user. In the improved design, the treading surface is formed by the flexible surface of a permanently-resilient cushion filled with fluid (14). Preferably the latter is pressure- and temperature controlled and is e.g. water, oil, especially rape oil. The cushion walls are plastic, especially polyvinyl chloride, rubber or similar. A similar tread surface may be provided.
