The invention refers to a device for preventing a person or an animal from crossing through an opening in a wall. The device comprises a grating slidable on a pair of tracks and integrally connected to a bar parallel to the gating. The bar comprises a section parallel to the sliding direction of the grating, contigu¬ ous with a second tilted section placed at one end of the bar. A sliding block is freely slidable on the bar and is connected to an L-shaped element comprising a section parallel to the tilted section of the bar and housable in a seat obtained in the thickness of the wall. When the grating is positioned in a manner so as to be opposite the opening, so as to prevent the passage, the sliding block is situ¬ ated at the tilted section of the bar and the tilted section of the L-shaped ele¬ ment is integrally connectable to the wall by means of a lock. Such connection immobilizes the grating. |
