PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller and a vehicle capable of preventing a parking vehicle from being obstacle to other traffic while reducing burden imposed on a driver of a parking vehicle, even when parking the vehicle on a narrow road.SOLUTION: The vehicle controller is configured including: proximity determination means that determines an approximation of other vehicle toward the vehicle in parking; passing-by possibility determination means that, when determining the approximation of the other vehicle toward the vehicle, determines whether the other vehicle can pass by the vehicle; and vehicle control means that, when determining that the other vehicle cannot pass by the vehicle, control the vehicle to move to a passing place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
