PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus of which small-size formation can be attained while its heat radiation is being kept and further to enable an integrated planer light source to be formed by a continuous arrangement without generating any shade.SOLUTION: A light-emitting part 30 is fixed to a cylindrical casing 20 by a fixing member 34. It has a band-like circuit board 31, several LED units 32 arranged along a longitudinal direction of the circuit board 31 and a cover 33 for covering each of the LED units 32. A power supply part 40 is stored in the casing 20 and the casing 20 is provided with a first opening 25 communicating with inside and outside portions in a direction crossing against a radiating direction of the light-emitting part 30, so that heat generated from the LED unit 32 and the power supply part 40 is not accumulated in the casing 20 and can be properly discharged and heat radiation characteristic can be kept. In addition, since the fixing member 34 is arranged near the central part of the light emitting part 30 rather than the LED unit 36 at the most longitudinal end part of each of the LED units 32, the fixing member 34 does not make any shade and an integrated planer light source can be formed. |
