The objective of the present invention is to provide a management system for managing packages of shuffled playing cards, in order to prevent loss or substitution of packages of cards in the course of the operation of a casino which uses multiple card packages, in casinos or other card game establishments that use card game tables. A management system including a management and control device (7) stores and builds a database of ID codes (4) attached to a plurality of packages (2) introduced into a management and storage box (10), verifies the presence in the management and storage box (10) of each ID code (4) recorded in the database, by reading at predetermined time intervals the ID codes (4) of the plurality of packages (2) introduced into the management and storage box (10), and manages the ID codes (4) of the packages (2) before use and the ID codes (4) of the packages (2) that have been removed. |
