摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic gas meter in which a maximum flow rate of measurable gas flow rates is increased in a high measurement accuracy state without loading a large-sized ultrasonic sensor.SOLUTION: A plurality of flow rate measuring units U each of which is configured so that a measurement passage R connecting an inlet side gas flow chamber M to an outlet side gas flow chamber N is formed, passage portions Rr consisting of a plurality of layers are formed in a flow rate measurement portion Rs whose cross-sectional shape is rectangular out of the measurement passage R in a state partitioned by a plurality of rectifiers 9, a pair of ultrasonic sensors for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves are formed on both side parts of the flow rate measurement portion Rs so as to cross the flow rate measurement portion and includes a passage formation member 8 forming the measurement passage R, the rectifiers 9 and the ultrasonic sensors are loaded between an inlet side chamber formation member 5 forming the inlet side gas flow chamber and an outlet side chamber formation member forming the outlet side gas flow chamber in a parallel state.
