METHOD OF PREPARING MIXED-YARN OF WASTE-SILK AND PREPARING THE SAME

A mixed-yarn of waste-silk and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mix the waste-silk with wool as a proper ratio, thereby recycling the mixed fabrics. The collected waste-silk are mixed and classified. The classified waste-silk is segmented. Thereafter, the segmented waste-silk is mixed with wool and then a carding process is performed so that a thin fiber film type web is manufactured. The roving of the web is performed by a general manner and then the spinning process is performed. At the classification process, the waste-silk is classified by colors and the non-refined silk among the classified waste-silk is refined and segmented.
