According to the present invention, disclosed is a hydrate slurry dehydrating apparatus which improves a hydrate slurry dehydrating performance. A configuration according to the present invention includes an outer housing (10) that includes an inner accommodating space and a drain hole (11a) disposed at a side thereof to discharge water obtained through dehydration; an inner housing (20) that communicates with an introducing tube (1) into which hydrate slurry is introduced, that is installed in the outer housing (10), and that includes a plurality of dehydrating holes (21) along a peripheral surface thereof; a piston (31) that presses and dehydrates slurry introduced into an inner accommodating space of the inner housing (20); and a fabric filter (40) installed on the peripheral surface of the inner housing (20) to cover the dehydrating holes (21). Accordingly, the fabric filter filters off an object from the water obtained through the dehydration, thereby improving dehydrating performance.
