INSERT PANEL-BURIED WEATHER STRIP AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product in which water intruded into a pin hole is not intruded into a vehicle in a weather strip for an automobile having the pin hole formed by a positioning pin in die-molding on a portion buried with an insert panel. SOLUTION: The weather strip for the automobile is provided with a body part 2 comprising a rubber molded material; and the insert panel 3 burred in a die-molding part of the body part 2. The positioning pin for performing positioning while fixing the insert panel 3 at the die-molding is inserted to a portion buried with the insert panel 3 of the body part. The weather strip has the pin hole 2 of depth reaching from a surface of the body part 2 to the insert panel 3.
