A method of postharvest processing of hybrid seeds of sunflower includes separation, drying, fractional separation and transport of seeds to the places of preparation for sowing into the soil. After primary separation fractional separation of seeds is conducted on single-stage aspiration column. Seed fraction is finally dried up to the base humidity in the “boiling” bed of heated air flow of conveyor-container drying apparatus and directed to the three-stage pneumatic separation column. The dust is removed from the surface of each seed by alternating air flow, and seed fraction is calibrated according to sizes. Seed components are fed into separate containers for transport to the places of preparation for sowing into the soil. |
