<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch structure which enhances a waterproof property to a membrane sheet without giving any influence on a contact section of the membrane sheet. <P>SOLUTION: An upper surface of the membrane sheet 116, an upper surface of an embossed section 117b of a back plate 117, and an upper surface of a peripheral bending section 117c are formed to be coplanar, and a heat sheet 118 is welded on these upper surfaces. The heat sheet 118 includes a thermofusible adhesive sheet, and is welded on respective upper surfaces by heating and pressurizing it by a heating roller.
