PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an accident of back-flow of sewage water into an under ground garage, a basement room and a bathroom on the ground floor often occurs caused by a back flow in a sewage main pipe in a heavy rain because construction of the sewage main pipe does not keep up with urbanization, people give up it thinking it is a natural disaster or a car has to be evacuated from the underground garage every time when a heavy rain comes, people have a big anxiety at the time of the heavy rain, and flood prevention cannot be executed because water flows backward at the time of the heavy rain even if the entrance is blocked by a water blocking board. SOLUTION: The check valve is normally open, but when an instantaneous high pressure reverse flow occurs, the valve receives the reverse flow with a reverse flow receiver and rotates the receiver on the rear surface of the valve lid having a reverse turn stopper thereby closing the lid at the high pressure; and when the reverse flow pressure is not so high, a rope of the valve is loosened by the rise in the float and the lid is closed by its own weight.
