PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated rubber with load detecting function, capable of accurately measuring a vertical load without being affected by a change of bearing area caused by shearing deformation of the laminated rubber. SOLUTION: The laminated rubber 6 comprises steel plates including upper and lower thick steel plates 13 and 14 and a plurality of thin intermediate steel plates 15 and rubber layers 16, which are alternately laminated, the upper and lower steel plates 13 and 14 including upper and lower shearing keys 18 and 19 for transmitting horizontal force with upper and lower structures 2 and 3, respectively. An auxiliary rubber layer 19 and an auxiliary steel plate 20 through which a lower shearing key 22 is extended are laminated in order under the lower steel plate 14 to form, on the lower surface of the lower steel plate 14, a recessed part 21 having a planar area of a required size extending from the center thereof toward the outer circumference, and the recessed part 21 is closed by a thin lid 23 and filled with a viscous fluid.
