<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating device and its control method capable of efficient power generation. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generating device includes a reformer 3 generating reformed gas by reforming fuel, a first fuel cell 57 generating power with the use of the reformed gas, a reformed gas treatment part 39 generating hydrogen-containing gas or hydrogen by treating the reformed gas while the first fuel cell 57 is generating power, a hydrogen reservoir 7 storing hydrogen-containing gas or hydrogen, a second fuel cell 9 generating power at a shorter generation startup time than that of the first fuel cell 57 with the use of the hydrogen-containing gas or the hydrogen when the hydrogen-containing gas or the hydrogen in the hydrogen reservoir 7 is supplied, and a hydrogen supply device 8 capable of adjusting supply of the hydrogen-containing gas or the hydrogen in the hydrogen reservoir 7 to the second fuel cell 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
