wherein the housing cap apparatus further comprises a head portion at least partly formed of deformable material, and wherein the valve comprises at least one sealing aperture which is deformable between a closed configuration and an open configuration, and the sealing aperture comprises an elongate sealing slit that is formed in a sidewall of the head portion.
